Etouffee Fountain Grass is an ornamental grass with slender bright green arching foliage that turns golden tan in fall.  Its fluffy creamy-tan colored bottle-brush like flower spikes fade to lavender-bronze and bloom from late summer to mid fall.  Prefers part sun and well-drained soils.  Deer resistant and drought tolerant once established. Etouffee is sterile.
