Younique Ruby Red Astilbe is a compact mounding herbaceous perennial with dark green fern-like foliage.  Dense blooms of feathery ruby red panicles bloom above the leaves through summer.  Flowers best in part shade and rich, moist soils.  Astilbe are deer and rabbit resistant.  The Younique series is disease and heat resistant.
